Purchase and delivery of course were fine, however you only really learn about a business when something goes wrong.
They appear to have no interest in resolving the problem, when they do send an email which is painfully slow it is a stalling email and you get no closer to sorting the problem out.
I’m now just going to try to source replacement parts myself to sort the +£200 jeep that hasn’t been working for + 6months now.
Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Kids cars direct, save yourself the hassle.
