Minor problem with getting it going, but they replied to my messages very promptly and the person I dealt with, who I believe is the manager, seems to be an encyclopaedia of radio control so was able to guess immediately what I'd done wrong and tell me exactly how to fix it.

Very poor disappointing service, spent literally hundreds with this firm on models but upon the one and only return I made (a badly damaged kit) in January 2017 using their own return service they said they never received it. No refund , no replacement The owners arrogance is astonishing and threats about libel should they receive bad feedback - they clearly put profits over customer loyalty. Proceeded to legal action against this firm, beware though they are in Scotland and issuing legal action against them is different but possible , they are aware of this and told me in a very arrogant way that I’m wasting my time and money with such action. Frankly I’m disgusted - save your money and potential hassle -buy from Modelsport

I wanted to change from tt-01 to off roders and i did not know which one i should

go for. I rang time tunnel for some advice on this subject and gave me some

options. The sevice, the curtsesy is second to none. The delivery is very quick

within 2-3days and they are the cheapest model shop i have found.

I ordered the Kyosho recoil starter assembly for my sons car and it arrived within two or three days. The price was very reasonable and the communications regarding my order were good. I would definately order form this company again .

After damaging my 3 speed gear box on my Tamiya F350 High lift, I required three parts that I was told was only available by buying the whole part bag at a cost of £75 to £130, thankfully I was saved by Time Tunnel models, the only company to offer me the parts individually and at a cost of just £13 including delivery! Great service, fast delivery and good communication, I will be using again! Thank you so much and I urge everyone to make them your first call!!

My boyfriend wanted a "Lunch Box" toy car for his birthday but only told me 3 days before. I found this company on google and decided to buy as their price was the lowest. Delivery was £4.95 for next day although I doubted I'd get it that quick as I'm on the south coast and they are somewhere in Scotland, but it did - ordered at 11 o'clock on Tuesday and it was with me Wednesday lunch time.

It was well packed and even the delivery driver was polite.

I don't usually review online shops, but having had a few not-so-good experiences lately I thought this worth doing!

And the best thing - my boyfriend was very happy!
