Very Poor Customer Service

Bought a trampoline that had a fault and returned it, did not want a replacement as quality was not as good as suggested. Communication and refund was all painfully slow. would recommend buy elsewhere.

De Luxe Pads And Netting Failed

I ordered new deluxe pads and netting for our trampoline a year ago thinking that they would last us at least as long as the previous ones did. However, the fixings pulled off the netting almost immediately and the pads are now totally UV damaged and ripped. The pads don't stay attached to the outside of the trampoline, so the kids regularly fall through the gaps.

I put in a complaint via the website and heard nothing back after 2 weeks except an auto reply. After phoning the complaint through, I was asked to email the details to a staff member for investigation, but I have not evenn had an acknowledgement of the complaint after a couple of days.

I hope that we will have a satisfactory outcome in the end, but it's not looking good so far.

Nil Customer Service

I purchased a trampoline from All Trampolines and I recommended the company to a french friend in France who subsequently asked me to order a trampoline for her. Trampoline was purchased but no invoice was provided (important I would imagine for guarantee purposes). I thought a quick phone call would fix it. Instead I was treated very rudely by the woman who answered the phone for having the temerity to ask for an invoice and for whom it seemed too much effort for her to provide a copy becuase she stated she would have to search through ALL THE INVOICES to find it. Had they sent one out in the first place this would not have been a problem.

The I only thing I can recommend about this company is that they send their staff on some customer services courses. I for one will never recommend them or purchase from them in future. I hate to think how one would be treated if it was necessary to claim under the guarantee (HEAVEN FORBID!) if a sending an email invoice causes so much trouble.

I'll be taking future business elsewhere.

Trampoline we orderde was a jumppod after lots of searching websites. It was delivered in 2 days. ordered on sunday, arrived tuesday. the service they offer is superb. only took me 3hrs to fully install and now the kids are having a great time using the trampoline. the jumppod is well made and looks amazing. if you thinking of buying a trampoline then make sure you go a jumpking as cheaper models will let you down.
