I purhcase my 4 tickets for War Horse on the 30th of November 2011 for the showing on the 11th of Febuary 2012 and was told that everything was confirmed and i recieved an email as well.

6 weeks later i get a call tell me they have refunded my ticket money and cancelled my booking because they can't get the tickets.

Don't use londontheatreboxoffice.net, they didn't have the tickets to sell in my case.

Now i'm out of pocket for the train tickets which are non refundable.

Use one of the many other sites offering the same tickets. At this moment of time, out of a rating of 1 - 10 they are -100.
