We recently needed to tickets for Follies at The National Theatre. No one could help but City Ticket Service came to the rescue with a great pair of seats. I can thoroughly recommend them, they provide a great personal service and helped us out no end.

I don't think anyone can complain about City Ticket Service. I bought 2 pairs of Wimbledon tickets for this year and they was cheaper than all the other sites, and arrived the day after I booked them. I will certainly be using this site again, and I recommend you to do so as well.

Amazing how bluntly criminal this organisation is- and dont even deny it. Wimbledon tickets wirth 1600Sterling never delivered. My beginners's mistake and legal action is underway to close this shop down

A VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE- Ordered and paid for Wimbledon Debenture Tickets in December . only once was I able to speak to an operator in May , and then tickets were promised within 3 weeks. On chasing tickets all communications were ignored - voicemail - email and text. Leading to my suspicions - NO TICKETS ARRIVED. Have a claim in with Credit Card company for a refund. DONT RISK BUYING - All you will receive is disappointment.

I bought five stevie wonder tickets that never turned up. Despite e-mails and phone calls nobody has ever contacted me about it. on websites stereoboard and safeconcerts they have red alerts and advise you under no cicumstances to buy from this company

I bought tickets from City Ticket Service for the Scotland v England game last week. The chap that handled my booking was extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of the Stadium layout. As a result my clients were greatly impressed and we had a great day. Dealing with Ticket Brokers can be a bit of a minefield but I can highly recommend City Ticket Service.
