I love Casatickets. I have used them to purchase Baseball tickets each time. The selection they have is incredible. Last time The tickets I originally ordered had already be sold to someone else . I called their customer service and left them a message . The call was returned promptly and the search was made for replacements to the tickets. The seats I got were like what we had purchased. I've used Casatickets dozens of times and find them to be honest. Last month, I ordered two concert tickets from them for a major concert at Staples Center. I made the assumption the concert was sold out. When I went to pick the tix up and pay, I was told that I could cancel my order and go across the street to the Staples box office and get my tickets. I REALLY was impressed that they did that. I will continue to always buy my concert tickets from them.

Great experience with Casatickets . Bought tickets in Sec 514 row 9 for Jimmy Buffett at Wrigley Field fr. Prices were reasonable, but I was more impressed with their service....The agent i had on the phone were very helpful. He really knew the venue well, i didn't really know where the good seats were for concerts and he filled me in...One i think i didnt like is their website,they really need to work on it … otherwise good service.

Just received the tickets I bought for Wicked The musical. The prices were great! So helpful …I had a good experience with Casatickets.com … I had my tickets destroyed accidently. My bad, wait my Wife's BAD, she accidently threw the tickets out! Luckily i took a photo of the ticket before. I contacted Casatickets’s customer service but no one answered me …within some minutes, I received a call from Casatickets , the man who was on the line has helped me out and the were able to reproduce the tickets online. Found this place through my friend's recommendation At first, I did not know if this was legit but my friend used this website before and suggested this to me. Ordered 2 tickets to Drake concert in LA two days before the show. This concert was all General Admission - no assigned seats but they had tickets listed from $40 to $490 each. Ordered two pairs listed at $40 each, with email delivery. I was a bit disappointed at checkout to find my order came to $100 with fees, but went ahead with it. I received my tickets as promised and the seats were great. I would use Casatickets in the future .. Overall an ok experience.

I purchased tickets for a Foo Fighters show at the Los Angeles Forum. Picked them up from Casatickets in Downtown LA with no problems. The seats were awesome. Even though we weren't VIP's by any stretch of the imagination; the tickets were better than we ever expected. Ill be back!
