I was looking for tickets to a hockey playoff game that was completely sold out. Ticket prices were sky high, but I found a reasonably priced pair on Casatickets . I called customer service to make sure the tickets were as advertised, and they helped me purchase. I picked up my tickets without a problem and sat in amazing seats for the best game I've seen. Wonderful experience! The seats were cheaper than the other sites and I was even upgraded for free! Friendly customer service and my tickets arrived much faster than I anticipated!

I was very worried that this was going to be a scam, but everything worked out. Ordered tickets to a baseball game from Casatickets.com cause they were a good deal.. However we experienced NO PROBLEMS. Quick confirmation emails, invoice with accurate shipping tracking info, timely arrival, as promised tickets at promised price. Very happy

The staff made an effort to resolve an issue I had , My order required filling an authorization form, which is not a pleasant thing to do, because it takes some time, plus I couldn't upload it on the site. But my problem was immediately solved - The staff really made an effort to resolve the issues after I've sent her my e-mail. And in half an hour my tickets were already shipped! The show was fantastic, the acting and performances by those involved was out of this world ! A truly excellent show, with seats and quick delivery of tickets! So overall, good service.

I love Casatickets. I have used them to purchase Baseball tickets each time. The selection they have is incredible. Last time The tickets I originally ordered had already be sold to someone else . I called their customer service and left them a message . The call was returned promptly and the search was made for replacements to the tickets. The seats I got were like what we had purchased. The experience was good .

I was hesitant at first because i twas my first time using this website. I've used Casatickets dozens of times and find them to be honest. Last month, I ordered two concert tickets from them for a major concert at Staples Center. I made the assumption the concert was sold out. When I went to pick the tix up and pay, I was told that I could cancel my order and go across the street to the Staples box office and get my tickets. I REALLY was impressed that they did that.

I will continue to always buy my concert tickets from them.

Great experience with Casatickets . Bought tickets in Sec 514 row 9 for Jimmy Buffett at Wrigley Field fr. Prices were reasonable, but I was more impressed with their service....The agent i had on the phone were very helpful. He really knew the venue well, i didn't really know where the good seats were for concerts and he filled me in...One i think i didnt like is their website,they really need to work on it … otherwise good service.

Just received the tickets I bought for Wicked The musical. The prices were great! So helpful …I had a good experience with Casatickets.com … I had my tickets destroyed accidently. My bad, wait my Wife's BAD, she accidently threw the tickets out! Luckily i took a photo of the ticket before. I contacted Casatickets’s customer service but no one answered me …within some minutes, I received a call from Casatickets , the man who was on the line has helped me out and the were able to reproduce the tickets online. Many thanks …just keep up the good work ! I will use you next time.
