Bad attitude bad service Avoid!

I bought some tickets for an event a while back and waited a few weeks for the tickets to arrive. When the envelope eventually came through the door there were no tickets but just a yellow receipt with some scribble on it. I assumed that this would need to be taken to the box office and swapped on the night, fortunately I was correct and the box office gave me the correct tickets. Not the best service since I was looking to give two of the tickets to my sister inlaw whom was not going to be arriving until later do to work. A problem that we overcame however overall I believe if you purchase tickets then tickets should be delivered. They shouldn't be advertising tickets when in fact they don't deliver tickets. My advice would be stick to the bigger sites like Ticketmaster who seam to have a more transparent trading standard. Overall I rate this site/shop one star. Just not worth the stress.

i thought the show was very good and i would reccomend to family and friends to catch the next one.both of the elvis singers was very good and so were the backing band.mabe could have dressed a bit better but was well worth money. i will go again

I discovered Bristol Ticket Shop after booking the tickets when one of the children we were taking couldn't make it. I phoned up expecting the usual, but not only was it no problem to refund, but they refunded the booking fee as well. It reached my account 48 hours after I put it in the post. Unbelievably helpful and pleasant.
