After three years loyalty we are looking to be 2k out of pocket courtesy of Bookf1

We have been loyal customers of BookF1 for 3 years now booking 12 tickets or more each year. Unfortunately this year the F1 calendar dates were revised after we had bought our tickets through Bookf1.. The date change means that we cannot make the planned trip to the Hungarian GP due to a wedding, which most of the group are due to attend. BookF1 are refusing to refund, exchange our tickets or provide any assistance to help us rearrange our booking. We paid extra to get booking protection but this is managed by a company called EOS who are a dreadful company who again are refusing to provide a refund.

This is a typical evasive online retail company. Using delaying tactics such as the person you need to speak to is not in today and no-one else can help. This is followed by I cannot speak to you need to speak another member of the party. Then no response for dates when requests were made as to what proof was required.

Then despite being told by Bookf1 that our stand is now sold out they are not prepared to take the tickets back and resell. However interestingly they keep say but they will try and resell for us at our risk. Why does it concern me about how evasive calls would be when I ask if they been sold as I would have no idea if they had or not?

We are not asking for a refund just a change of Grand Prix so why are they being so evasive over a product they have mis-sold?

I used bookf1.com last year and used them again this year and will use them again next year!

GREAT customer service, fast delivery and a very customer oriented website! A dream to use! However the price is a little more expensive than going to the track its self but not worth the hassle in my opinion.

If buying tickets for the British GP at Silverstone I recommend tickets at Becketts. FAB seats and always a lot of action.

I also recommend buying tickets within the early bird window... Get a great deal!!

Buy reserved parking! Worth it!
