“Awful Customer Service”

Contacted customer services with a query and they suspended my account. It took 6 days and numerous forms of ID to get the suspension taken off. When I said this was not acceptable they said it was my fault as I had not provided the correct ID. I provided passport and bank statement as requested. This was not good enough so had to provide photo of myself holding my bank card and a utility bill, again not good enough. Finally, provide another image of bank card and another bank statement and utility bill. I do not think this is good enough and have objected but they are not even responding to my emails. So much for customer service and not even an apology for suspending my account.
