Poor Customer Service and Online System

Their online system leaves much to be desired.

According to them, you can't cancel return process, or change the return method. Their system forces customer to send the goods in 7 days from the date of creating of return label. No other option.

So you have no right to change your mind, to change the shipping method, or to change the date of the return.

Talking to their representatives is like tilting at windmills.

I sent several emails with request to cancel my return, that the 7 days is not enough for me, and with ask to change the date or method of shipping.
With no result...
Here's what i was told:

'we cannot cancel the return or make changes on our online return portal' - Mockery.

I have been shopping online for over 20 years, besides, on various portals around the world, and this is the first time I encounter such nonsense, it's strange that their online system still exist.

It was the first and last time I bought something on their website, and sincerely,
I do not recommend it to anyone.
