They are a very good seller.
I received a very urgent book printing order last year, but the printing company I used often could not arrange it for me. I can only seek other Chinese book printing companies online.
I sent inquiries to several Chinese book printing companies, but their quotations for urgent orders exceeded my budget, but this one still gave me a reasonable quotation.
I had a little problem when designing the cover of the book, but I didn't find it. They found it and reconfirmed it with me, so I avoided some losses.
Finally, they sent me samples within a week and I am very satisfied with the quality of the book printing.
The transaction was very pleasant and their sales staff were very professional.
