I was missold tickets. Clearly, the site encouraged customers to reserve seats and make selections on the type of seat and where they were located [I sent screenshots as evidence ]The site confirmed reserved seats in 1st Class. But no numbers of the seats. Agents were arrogant and accused me of lying by saying I could not reserve seats, even though I sent screenshots of THEIR site!. As I have been missold I asked for my money back and was arrogantly told I would have to pay 10 euros! My reviews reflect my experience.
