My custom harness was ordered eight weeks ago and still has not arrived. The website clearly states 6-8 weeks for the model I ordered. It has been eight weeks today and there is no sign of it. Apparently it is not even in the UK yet. They are refusing to refund the money. I have since spoken to another business that used to recommend xtra dog products but had such an endless stream of problems with both the goods and service provided by xtra dog that they stopped using them. I can totally see why. What they need is some serious competition. Anyone?

On their own admission, if any customer has a complaint, their policy is to just cancel the order. From my experience, they don't even try to resolve any issues. Can't comment on their products, but their attitude to customers stinks. Their international postage charges are much too high. To find information on delivery times from the website is not easy. Overall navigation of the site is poor.Can't really find anything good to say about them.

I ordered Tellington Touch ACE 'wraps' for my dog. After a week they hadn't even checked their stock and 10 days later and 5 emails, the last cancelling the order, before it turned up. Ridiculously overpriced @ £14+. Have now found another site that sells online for £8.
