It takes 6 days to answer, if even, your mail, then you get some (ro)bot-email, stating obvious and nothing is resolved, they charge your credit card like its their own, forget refunds,whats that??? but hey , you can call them and bicker with them and get long telephone bill! And refund? Forget it! Ordered items have no tracking number , even if sent by B Royal Mail, but hey, its your fault, you should pay more for mail services ccccc ...Fun, right!

AVOID this clowns by any cost!!
