I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to finding the best price on the internet, but when searching for a kennel for my dog, Pukka Pet offered the best price by far compared to other suppliers. I was a little dubious at first as I had never heard of them so I fired off an email to check that the kennel was actually in stock. Within around 10 minutes, I got a very polite reply back saying that the kennel was in stock in all sizes. As I needed the kennel in a hurry I sent another email asking if I could pay for a priority delivery, but the very nice girl replied that, although there is an express delivery option on their website, larger items will be sent by next day carrier anyway, so there was no need to pay extra. I placed the order at around 3:20 in the afternoon. At 5:30 I received an automated email saying that my order had been dispatched and I had tracking information to follow the delivery. My dog kennel arrived at 11:45 the next morning, well packaged and I saved £35 off the next cheapest I could find online! Delivery was free and it arrived the next day. All in all I couldn't have asked for more from an online pet supplies service and I will certainly use Pukka Pet again. Another bonus is that my purchase gave me 26 Loyalty Points which I can use as a £2.60 discount off my next purchase, which I believe will also earn me more loyalty points. Great service all round.
