I have a new puppy and needed advice regarding the correct food and bedding for him. The staff were lovely and really patient. Very special young ladies.. Helpful ,kind , patient and listened carefully To what I needed. They Even helped carry my purchases to the car afterwards and couldn’t do enough for my puppy and me. The approach roundabout is sometimes Difficult to manoeuvre around and parking is limited outside Pets at Home but it’s only a short wait if ever to park. I also like the grooming parlour upstairs which is great . Whilst my puppy is having his treatment I can shop downstairs as there is large array of goodies to choose from. Plenty of comfortable seating whilst waiting and one can see the Pets being groomed . Plus You are always sure of a welcome when entering Pets at Home in Falmouth ,so thank you to all who work there. Best pet shop in Cornwall.
