If i could give minus I would.
Ordered some dog food on repeat (ever 4 weeks) notified it was dispatched and eagerly awaited order. Nothing came so chased with courier who said they had no record. This happened over the course of 20/04 till now. Sent lots of emails chasing this. Got responded to with vague apologies and no clear indication of when I could expect my order.
I'm convinced they oversold the product and just left us short.
Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Here at Pet Wellbeing we do not offer dog food, may I ask if you may be reviewing another company?
We offer herbal supplements for cats and dogs, these are either in a powder form, a liquid tincture and we now offer our new line of herbal Chewies.
