Holding only one pair of reading glasses for over 5 years now, I was a bit hesitatnt at first to purchase a second pair online as I had no idea about measurments and which ones would suit me best now that I would be wearing them on a regular basis as my numbers had gone up. I have to say that this is one of the easiset websites to navigate within.. besides the easy step by step process it has very helpful search filters on the left of the screen (similar to what you see on amazon and ebay) which makes the whole purchase process quicker as you can narrow your search down to exactly what you are after. They also have a live chat facility although I din't need to use this as the questions I had were mainly about what measurements to go for and these are explained to the greatest detail within the website.

Another plus point was one of their customer service techs calling me within an hour of my purchase to let me know that I had not filled in the 'axes' element of my prescription and if I could forward this on to them via email. This service is common when buying stuff online but never before has it been so efficient and that too on a weekend.

I received my glasses within the estimated delivery time and was very satisfied with the fit and the way they looked on me. The free case and cleaning cloth were top standard too.

I have to say that this was amzing value for money and I could have easily paid double for the same type of frame from a high street optician.
