First red flag - my order arrived with no packing slip. Very odd. The glasses did not work for me. So then my second red flag popped up when I tried for two days to get a return authorization (which they claim to require) with NO success in reaching anyone via their toll free phone 877-336-7027 or on the chat live option listed prominently on their site. I was sent to a voicemail or given a message box on the website to fill out. My third red flag was when you attempt to go through their return process on the actual site it takes you in circles. You never get to a page allowing the process to take place. I never heard back from them on any front. If you check their blog it is updated daily, so why can't they respond to their clients in a timely manner? I highly recommend to do business elsewhere. Seems extremely shady.

Fast response, fast shipping. The glasses are very nice with polarized lenses, which is very good for driving through snow and rain, especially when the sun is out and everything is a glare.

I ordered three pairs of progressive glasses on Dec 25th and received them all on Jan 10th. All three pairs fit and have correct lenses. The one pair I ordered at my in-town store had to be reordered and I still don't have them! The three pairs cost less than ONE LENS here. I'll do more business with this company.
