There is not a great choice in the UK for motorcycle spares and whilst WEMOTO have a good level of stock, both times I have ordered, the goods are not picked and despatched for 3 days! I would accept this from a company that provided free shipping but they charge several pounds for the smallest of items. The last order being an O-ring which cost me almost as much in postage and packing as the item itself and it still took 3 days to pick and post! Either post within 24 hours or provide free shipping!

Ordered several items which all arrived quickly. However, one part was the wrong size. Customer service quickly sourced the correct part for me, and sent it out with a SAE to return the other one. Kept me informed throughout and I can highly recommend them.

i bought some parts for my honda 125 and all were delivered very nicely packed the following day. i have since used all the parts and i am satisfied fully with the quality of the parts. i would definitely buy from wemoto again without hesitation. i also like that they send you an order confirmation with a link to track your order status

I thought I would write a small review on a company that I have had dealings with for the last few weeks while getting my 1200 Bandit back on the road again. For once this will be praising a company instead of moaning about one, credit where credit is due I say :) Wemoto helped me out no end when I needed parts for my bike. The first order I got ordered from them didn't start off so good (or so I thought), I ordered a load of gaskets for the engine, and when ordering them online the website told me everything was in stock. Then later that day I had an email saying that a few of the gaskets I needed where out of stock and that it could take up to 10 days to get them in. Well I wasn't best pleased about this as I needed the bike back on the road that weekend, so I gave them a call. The chap I spoke to was great, he apologised that the parts weren't in and listen to me when I told him how important it was for me to have my bike back on the road. He asked me to leave it with him and he would call me back. Well I thought to myself "I won't hold my breath". True to his word he called me back and told me he had managed to get hold of some part and that they would send them special delivery for the next day. The parts turn up as promised before 1pm and not only that it was then that I saw they had gone out of their way and got genuine Suzuki gaskets as their supplier couldn't get them the parts in time. Fantastic job! I have since used Wemoto a number of times now and I always get the parts the next day and always well packaged. So credit where credit is due this company is one of the gooduns :)
