My order was posted through my next door neighbours letterbox - it is a empty house so i cannot get my order.
I advised this by email and got told basically that it isn't their problem.
I rang trading standards who advised that it is their problem and they have to refund or replace. They still won't.
They are saying the courier is allowed to leave goods with a neighbour or safe place. I ordered goods to be delivered to my address not someone else's, plus, it's not like they knocked on my door and then knocked on my neighbours door to leave it as they just simply posted it through the wrong door (i have CCTV), so even the rubbish they are saying about being able to leave elsewhere is utter rubbish. AND, I was in anyway and i have nothing obstructing my letterbox.
I advised I would leave negative feedback and put a complaint in and they were fine with it. What type of company are you. Whoever is on their sales team needs sacking because their attitude just stinks and that is not the way you get repeat business.
