The price quoted for the product and overall bundle (tariff, etc.) seemed good and better than others. It stated there was a cashback that reduced the cost.

what was not made clear from the initial marketing of the deal through to completion was that the 'deal' had particular caveats, one being that cashback requires the individual to email the correct network bill from the airtime provider on months 6, 9, 12, 15 & 18...

I'm going to set a reminder on my phone and computer to ensure I do this but I'm sure many people don't and therefore the company makes greater gains.

Better transparency and simplicity could go a long way to generating a better feeling towards the firm and possibly retain clients.
