Missed next day delivery because of an error on their system. I noticed it first as the delivery confirmation message said it'd be here in 3-5 days rather than within 1 day - as I had paid for - so I emailed them to let them know. They had bags of time between my sending then message and latest time for shipping that evening but the clowns still missed the delivery. They were very abrupt in letting me know. Quick apology then said it'd arrive a day later - refunding me between expedited and second class shipping fee. Is that it? - You breached contract and you think I still want it? Rude.
