Placed an order with Hivis.co.uk & the waiting time for just a few small items was pretty dire! I ordered 3 Hi Vis jackets with a logo print on reverse & i placed this small order to test quality of the product & customer service etc. I had to email the company to ask where my order was but no one had the customer awareness to reply! My plan was to place more regular & larger orders but the lack of response & the very poor waiting times have made me look elsewhere. If you dont mind your emails not being answered & your happy to wait a rather long time for your order then you will get a decent product, eventually. For me though , "Once Bitten!
