I would strongly advise against using Add People. I was tied into a contract with them, yet they consistently failed to respond to my emails, let alone carry out the work I was paying for. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I was ignored—until I refused to make further payments. Suddenly, they contacted me, not to address my concerns, but with threats involving bailiffs.
This company does not deliver the service you pay for, and their customer service is non-existent until they want money from you. I regret ever signing up with them. If you’re considering using them, think twice—there are far better and more reliable companies out there.
We will have our day in Court!!

Did no work on our SEO account over 6 months. Asked for a refund multiple times but the company kept charging my bank account without doing any work. Not a single thing was ever implemented. They don't even deny that they did not work the hours they charged us, but in their opinion a refund is "not warranted." Had to put a block on the bank account to make the charges stop but it cost us $10,000 in the end. Avoid at all costs!

“Don't bother with a bad review. Just report them for policy violations. I still think that they think that actions don't have consequences. They are sorely mistaken and it is this kind of company that Google is coming down on hard and removing them. I have also complained to company house for money that they took without permission and 3 other breaches. It is not the wild west anymore and bad business practice is not tolerated. Report, report, report. Honestly, if it was sketch the company would be a bag with swag written on it being carried by a man in a strippy top. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with Add People. I have already paid them nearly £1000 for absolutely nothing. Their contract does not mention anything about consumer protection, and they have failed to fulfill any of their obligations, offering only empty words and worthless reports. Now, they are harassing me with emails and letters, claiming I owe them more money. I am completely confused and stressed by their unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
If anyone else is in the same situation as me, please contact me privately so we can file a collective complaint against this company. As consumers, we have every legal right to demand justice. I will be filing a case with the Small Claims Court to recover my money and to free myself from these shammers. Their behavior has been unacceptable, and they should not be allowed to continue exploiting others!!!
Did you open the attachments in the email that they sent? I didn't or agree to the terms I just had a gut feeling about it. No normal company ties you in the way they do. I have had every threat thrown at me and on Wednesday I was given 7 days to pay or CCJ was going to be issued. DESPERATE FOR THEIR ILL GOT GAINS. As far as I am concerned they failed to meet their side of the contract. An email was sent & it was astonishing. To read the actual lies myself made me laugh with a copy of the unsigned coc stated that I had signed it. Where? No date stamp no return. This is their automatic default argument for the contract to have validity. It is all quite on the Westen Front Now.

This company needs reporting to Trading Stanards. They are the gift that keeps on giving. They just keep on emailing me with incriminating evidence to use. Yesterday I was being threatened with pay back in 7 days or CCJ. Late afternoon all was quite on Western Front. They will literally say anything to try and support their lies. I am quite glad now that everything has a digital time stamp or signature and always a reference. Digital paper trail to prove their lies. Their threat was the email with their contract attached. I made a decision not to even open the email let alone the documents attached. Threating me with a cert of confirmation with 25 hidden pages & unaccepted terms. I knew that they would use that. You can't just send an email to someone and claim they signed a contract. They has to be a signed doc or intent actual proof like evidence. I am the only one with either unauthorised bank withdrawals via DD and an unsigned document and loads of threats.

This company charges triple what others do and addresses nothing in google ads or merchant resulting in suspension and decimation of businesses. Their lack of morals and understanding is an embarrassment to the industry. DO NOT USE THEM for ANY GOOGLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT or you will be left with nothing. They do not provide the services they claim to and will fail to even communicate.

call you up out of the blue. want to take up your valuable time giving you BS about how theyve done loads of research on your account yet they want to know all the nitty gritty of your website direct from your analytics. Like why the hell should i give you all my metrics you already know how to improve my account how about giving me some value and some actionable advice

Horrific Service Ruined My Business Emptied My Account.
Seriously stay away. Claimed I would be at the top of google. And sales would come flooding in. I went from a monthly turn over of £6000 with £500 of advertising per month. These lot wanted to up my budget by £100 per month up to £600 and promised loads more sales. They increased without my knowledge my advertising to nearly £2k per month with sales of a total of £2200 per month. This has set me back months and cost me thousands of pounds. Seriously don't let these lot anywhere near they do not know what they are doing and will ruin your business. I had to loan 20k just to stay in business. Luckily I now have a solicitor on board with all the recordings off our conversations and we will be suing this lot for everything they have.

Unethical - I Would Advise To Look Elsewhere
I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been paying for 3 months, but little to no work has been completed. The idea that I was sold was that a) there would be changes made to the website and b) Google ranking would be improved as I would be listed on directories etc. However, the latter has not happened. I have been listed on less than 10 directories, and the information that has been inputted into these directories has been incorrect. This has actually hurt my Google rankings. I now appear lower on Google than I did before I joined the company. I am shocked and disappointed. This is an unethical company which I would stay well away from. I am very disappointed to write this as I was very excited to work with the company and was intending on staying with them longterm.

I run a small business that uses Google AdWords as it's main route to market. I have been approached by Add People who want to manage my pay per click AdWords campaign.
They want to charge me an initial set-up fee of £199 +VAT and the £100 + VAT per month (based upon a maximum Google monthly spend of £250).
Has anyone used them and are they any good?
