Had a data capture error setting up a direct debits for these people. Stupid error that should have been easily resolved but felt like I was banging my head every time I spoke to someone.

Ended up feeling playground bullied by customer service staff who just seemed to want to lane me.

A bit of teasing and experience would not go amiss.

It was a stupid error that should have r been dealt with in the first call but instead I was made to feel stupid.

Really gripe I never have a problem again as their staff are just unhelpful.

Wish I’d know their customer. Service team were just robots with names.
