beware - it could be you next!  quaker social action (qsa) buying and then renting property as an hmo to wild 18-25-year olds who are turbulently active and noisy, especially during late night & early mornings and then ignoring reports of ant-social behaviour, noise nuisance & pollution. The inevitable result of this irresponsible & callous property management and the wild tenants is that we are experiencing unbearable noise nuisance now than ever before - as late / as early as 23:00, 00:00, 01:00, 03:00, 04:00 / 06:00! Beware - it could be you next!
