I wrote a lengthy review praising the promptness and understanding I received from JMes Morgan and staff. Being a trust on person I let a "friend" stay in my home for 4 months and was with h for an additional 10 months. During this time I spent about $1,000 on him. He always said he would pay me later. I stressed that I let him use 6 items that I absolutely had to have back. He left one day and moved in with another woman and he has not answered my calls or texts, and as far as I know, he never leaves her house. The JMes Morgan sat add handled my question of whether it would be worth filing a civil suit against him with expediency and professionalism. I received my answer a short time later fr Mr . Morgan, he confirmed my own opinion that I would likely not win the case. And with the cost of filing in court, the possible recovery of the 5 things that meant so much to me would hardly be worth it. I just had to have a professional opinion for my own satisfaction. Mr.morgan confirmed what I already thought that with my naively and with buying things for him with the thought that he would pay me later, I would likely not win a civil case. I thank James Organ and staff for their prompt consideration, and I am now excepting that I should have been less trusting of this individual and more assertive.
