“Poor customer service”

I left my engagement ring for resizing and even though they said initially it will be 7 business days, it's been 2 weeks and a half and still haven't got it.
The second issue - when you try to call to find out what's happening, no one will pick up (even though the store in Piccadilly is usually pretty empty). They also say on their website they will handle any query within 1 hour if it's during working hours, but that didn't happened as well (usually takes more than a day for someone to get back to you).
Thirdly - When they finally said it's ready - what I got is a very thin ring due to too much polishing, where you could see the cut that was made. The second time I was asked to come in and get it (when it was supposed to be perfect and passed all quality checks), the band of the ring was half the size it was originally - unacceptable really.
