Watch was purchased by my parents as a gift, it was received with a damaged strap, I contacted P&H to ask for a replacement strap to be sent out, they straight out refused and said it was not sent out in that condition , even though I had photo's to say to the contrary , extremely bad seller with appalling customer service, they have obviously sent out a damaged product then washed there hands of it, Avoid them.

I purchased a ladies Tag Heuer this month from P&H and was rewarded with enormously helpful staff, swift answers to queries and next day delivery at no extra cost. The best retail experience I have had for years. And it takes a lot to impress me!

After searching for a rare Tag I was so happy to find it at Pleasance and Harper - once i had spoken to Lee I was even more so as he really bent over backwards for me, so much so that i decided to order another watch from him a few days later. On both occasions he got the watch to me the next day and was the best price I could find anywhere.

I would not hesitate recommending Pleasance and Harper to anyone looking for a new timepiece.

The online service I experienced with Pleasance & Harper was second to none. The website was clear and easy to use, the prices were more or less the best I could find and the FREE next day delivery was unbelievable in that it actually was free and actually was next day- unlike some other sites who make these bold claims but fail to deliver.

The item was well packaged and arrived safely in mint condition.

I have already recommended this company to several friends and will certainly return to Pleasance & Harper when I next need a new timepiece.
