I wish I had used a more reputable company. Toner24 are impossible to get hold of over the phone and their customer service representatives are based in Germany so all email responses seemed to come straight through Google Translate.
They made me jump through so many hoops so that I could return a FAULTY product. I found it impossible to fill in some of the returns forms they had sent me. It was an absolute headache and I believe their returns process is intentionally set up in this way. After many emails backwards and forwards I gave up. The faulty item went in the bin (along with my money).
As well as the monetary loss, I believe that Toner24's defective product caused significant damage to my printer. You have been warned.
