Dodgy cartridges & Terrible Customer Service!

In short, do not buy remanufactured ink cartridges from this company. I bought two over the course of one month and they both stop working with compatibility issues in less than a week and within about 10 pages. Upon calling and asking for assistance, they send you a generic email outlining possible fixes which consist of turning your printer on and off and cleaning the cartridge! Yeah right. Finally, they suggest you need a full set of their compatible or remanufactured cartirdges, something they never mention on their website! Obviously this doesn't work either but hey, they've managed to flog you another dodgy product. They then totally refuse to call you back or answer your emails. Nice company! I'm not against remanufactured cartridges and now use another company whose prodcuts are reliable. Printerinks, don't go there!!!
