Great Customer Service,

I looked around for decent sites to purchase inks from for my printer and found this site. The prices were the best I could find so I ordered some. The arrived within 48 hours which was amazing as the post has been all over the place here recently and thing have been arriving late.
The package should have included a bag to return used cartridges for recycling using free postage but was not there (or more likely my husband had thrown it away not knowing what it was). However I sent an email explaining this and got a reply within hours, giving me the freepost address to do this.
It was easy to navigate this site and the information provided was good, checkout and payment was quick and easy too - I like easy.
Great company which I will use again when I need inks, with brilliant customer service.
