previously ordered compatible ink twinpack,i had a faulty black pigment ink cartridge,contacted customer service and they sent me another cartridge free of charge and they told me no need to send faulty cartridge back just dispose of it properly.customer service did this without any quibble and easy to speak to,such is the service I received I have just placed another order,I can definitely recommend this company.
