I received my replacement toner very quickly. However. It didn’t work. I have spent a week emailing them asking for a replacement or refund and have had absolutely no response. I am not going to leave it there. It may only be £30 to them but it is my £30. If necessary I will involve a solicitor as I am assured that as they are in the wrong I will be awarded that cost as well. They just want money.
