Purchased a Canon printer which stopped working after 1 week and Cartridge24 refused to take any responsibility for replacing or refunding. The printer was purchased 3 weeks before xmas as a present for my 75 year old mother so the box was unopened for 3 weeks. When the printer stopped working 1 week after xmas I contacted Cartridge24 who replied that this was not their problem and I needed to deal directly with Canon. They cited their 30 day exchange policy. this product was clearly faulty and not fit for purpose but they would not budge from their policy.

It is also very misleading to have a UK website but when you need to call or return an item you discover they are based in Germany! If I had known this I would not have purchased from this company.

Regardless, I will never use Cartridge24 again and will certainly recommend that friends, family and acquaintances avoid them at all costs. Whilst I understand that retailers must have policies in place, they also need to be able to use their discretion and be flexible.

Terrible customer service!! NOT a UK company!!
