Appalling customer services ... avoid at all costs

Atrocious company. I placed an order expecting quick delivery. Nothing arrived. ALL email contacts and complaints have been ignored. They refused to respond beyond sending the same auto-generated message again and again ..... " Dear -----, Thank you for contacting us!
We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day. (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm). To help track your inquiry we have generated a reference number. Your ticket code is [-----not shown here ----]. Please use this code in any further communication." In fact, up to the point of posting this review they have NEVER responded beyond that auto-message. I will be writing to the CEO to lodge a formal complaint, but I don't expect any response except maybe another comment-banked load of piffle. My advice is to STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They've taken my money and now don't give a hoot.

What is so alarmingly worrying is that despite their assurance(s) that they will get back to anyone who contacts them via email - they never seem to do so. (I never use 'phone complaints as emails provide me with written evidence if I need to take matters further).
