In Administration

Took my money. Promised delivery. No goods, no answer to emails and no answer to phone calls.

The courier now tells me they have gone into administration

Customer Service Above And Beyond!

I purchased a clock in April. Unfortunately it was faulty and very noisy. I contacted the company and they arranged for a replacement to be sent. They no longer had this item in stock but ordered another one direct from their supplier without any quibble or fuss The second clock took a couple of weeks to arrive but this was to be expected if it had to be ordered in. When the second clock arrived, within 20 minutes of inserting the batteries, a part fell off! I was dreading contacting Woodpecker Interiors again but needn’t have worried as they were very apologetic and sympathetic and again ordered another one from their supplier without any fuss.

I do not hold Woodpecker Interiors in any way responsible for the problems experienced with the clock as these would have been manufacturing problems. Their customer service ,as far as I am concerned, was excellent as they went out of their way to ensure a satisfactory outcome. I would definitely order from this company again.

White Clear Glass 3 Drawer Bed Side Table

I ordered a bed side table and have spent the last few weeks trying to chase up delivery and just genuinely wanting some communication with this company, I respect the delivery company have not done there job either by not contacting me but I do feel very disappointed that woodpecker interiors didn’t try to help me until I made a pay pal claim and there money got froze.

As soon as there money was froze they immediately contacted the delivery firm and I was contacted about delivery on Monday. At this point I had already sent multiple emails and felt so let down that I resulted in asking for a refund..

I respect that accidents can happen here and there but I don’t think it’s fair that they can take £249 off someone fast enough but not even try to help track delivery until they can no longer access that money.

I do however appreciate that the matter does seem to now be dealt with in the sense of a quick get it delivered ASAP so we can have our money ... clearly how it works here... I have contacted delivery company with regards to quoted date not being suitable and no alternative had been provided.

I’m just not at all happy that I’ve not even had the decency of an apology and now the item has been reduced on the website !!! I ask that somebody can please contact me as I’m not happy that you have £249 of my money for an item that there not willing to help me receive until you couldn’t access the money ... either some form of partial refund and delivery ASAP or full refund I feel is the least you can do

Delivery Not Good

I ordered a tv cabinet and was told it would be a 10-14 day delivery. The delivery guys forgot to put it on the truck, apologised and then said it would be another week. If I had known I had to wait 21 days for delivery I would not of ordered. Need to gate delivery sorted.

Stunning Drinks Trolley

I ordered a drinks trolley from woodpecker interiors and I couldn’t be happier! It was excellent quality and better than expected! Stunning quality as well!

They have a fantastic customer service, I needed to extend my delivery date and they were incredibly helpful and made the process simple and easy.

I could not fault the service I received the gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond to help me when I explained about this being a surprise for my husband he ordered it and put it on hold for me until I contacted him to say that my husband had gone. Then sent it express delivery which they don't usually do just so i could get it in time before my husband came back. And not once did they phone or contact me until they had my say do.

Furdeco Delivery Company May Need Reviewing

Overall we are satisfied with the service although the arrangements with the delivery company could be improved.

We ordered a rather large and heavy fragile item. Furdeco took care of the unpacking so the item could be inspected.

They did however NOT want to take the packaging back with them and left the cardboard and styrofoam laying on our front lawn.

Exceptional Product And Service

Absolutely love the royal blue velvet chaise. Was even better than I expected/hoped it would be. Really soft extra comfortable, and looks beautiful. Customer service were so helpful and delivery service was outstanding too. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be buying more from this company. Thank you team for everything
