“Good company to deal with”

I have ordered a few things from Wayfair now as they have a superb collection of contemporary products for the home. I have always found the service to be first rate, though some items are not from stock and you have to wait. They always go out of their way to answer product questions and I have had no issues with delivery. In short I dont there is another company out there with such a great range. “non existant customer comms and poor service”

I ordered a desk on 4 October and received my confirmation e-mail stating it would be delivered by 1st Nov, which was longer than I'd hoped but could live with it. I received no further communication and eventually I checked the website, to find that the delivery had moved to 4th Nov without contact. Yep, it's like entering a lottery ordering from Wayfair. Will they deliver, won't they deliver. You never know. Already wasted 3 days waiting in for failed deliveries, goods are now 1 week late, courier tracking web site has not been updated for 5 days. Only order from these if you like a gamble.

Ordered the above from Wayfair because it said that the stool was included. When it arrived (to be fair - on time)there was not stool. On complaining I was told that this was an administrative error on their web site, they offered a refund of £50, which we accepted and ordered the stool from them. “Avoid avoid avoid!”

I ordered a mirror from Wayfair. After 2 days' waiting in for the mirror (having been promised delivery on both occasions by incompetent members of their customer service team), another week waiting for anyone from Wayfair to return my calls asking for an explanation and then being told that I couldn't cancel my order until the person who deals with cancellations was back (they seriously only have 1 person dealing with cancellations!), I would never consider buying anything from them again. Appears to be a common theme. I have had very similar experience with Wayfair and am still waiting for a resolution. If you enjoy "Homes Under the Hammer", "The Chase" and other daytime TV shows, please go ahead and order from them as you will be spending a lot of days at home waiting for deliveries that don't show up.

I purchased a wall light from Wayfair a while ago, and when it arrived it was beautiful and so I purchased another one to go with it. I bought a coffee table from wayfair and it was chipped, but their costumer service was amazing. A few emails to prove the damage (photo evidence), and they already sent a replacement on its way, they didn't collect the old table, but we did not incur charges for delivery or anything of that sort! Mistakes happen and it's not fun, but as long as they acknowledge them, it's the least you can expect from a cheaper option (online shopping).

Thanks . I have to admit their Customer Serivce at least is working to the resolution of the problem, though it's over a month and I have not been fully delivered the entire order.

However, it's disapponting I made them clear they have to tell the courier to give me a ring prior delivery ... but Wayfair never did this.
They always ignore my request ... or perhaps the courier didn't acknowledge the fact, but this is strange as on the second attempt they always call me.
It's not conveniente for the courier taking the stuff back and forth ...
