My honest experience is that Wayfair are polite - but ABYSMAL! Over a month after ordering I chased it up to be told there were problems with delivery. I decided to cancel. Then strangely the order was suddenly delivered. As I'd now cancelled and no longer wanted the item, I was informed about how it could be collected. That was a fiasco. The item is too big for me to leave anywhere, so a date was agreed for it to be collected. I took the day off work. No-one turned up, I was advised to rearrange another day or leave the item at a pick up point. My order was in June - it is now towards the end of August and I have an unwanted, cancelled item and still no closure. DON'T USE WAYFAIR. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. THEIR EMAILS ARE FULL OF PROMISES AND ASSURANCES THEY DO NOT KEEP. AWFUL.
