Found it difficult to source a replacement mattress for a sofa bed- bed and sofa shops not interested and original manufacturer had useless web site. Eventually found sofa bed gallery online and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable man who made sure we measured correctly and talked through the various options before efficiently taking our order. Delivery could have been the next day (not convenient so arranged for two days later) and no charge for delivery. The mattress came on time and is perfect. Excellent fit and excellent quality. Overall the experience could not be faulted and was so pleasant after the indifference of the other places we had contacted.
