please do not buy from this company.
i bought a sofa and footstool from them in february..£1800
in the shop they look really great. but when you get them. nothing like the shop..in the shop they have velcro to hold the cushions on,..but not on the item you get.when i got my sofa,I noticed after you stand up.the cushion all fall off the sofa.because they are so cheap and llght.but the big problems started after 6 weeks.
the springs went in the center.i reported this,they sent some out from homecare to fix it weeks later.after taking it to bits.
he told me they put cheap plastic clips on, you need to get them to replace these,,but he did fix it.so i told them..i thought that was it.i can enjoy the sofa everything will be ok..then a few weeks later the cushions started to look uneven so i checked them all round ..the piping had broken on all the cushions.which took the strenght structure off the cushion it looked like a wet wrag..so i told them..id take them round to them to fix the piping really a simple job
i asked them to put real piping core in and fix them,
after a week or so i collected the covers the sales manager said she had checked them.its ok to collect . i brought them home put them on the cushions.and noticed they bodged up them and 1 cover still had a break in it..so i took it back.to show them the fault and told them all this..even the chairs it the show room had broken piping . on their cushion.so i left it with them to fix .days later i went to collect.put this back on my cushion.and noticed they glued the piping on all the cushions, and bodged up the piping with a piece of leather.so i emailed them back, its impossibe to speak to any one.. only over email, and thats difficult enough, but anyway i said if anything else happens to these cushions, i want you to replace them all.they sent me a swatch sample to compare.so i said it looks fine.then the piping broken again on 2 more cushions
so i looked inside the cover and noticed they had bodged / stuck to different type of cushion totally different quality with glue 2 different colours ,once you sat on these cushions the heat of your body undid the glue.and the cushions started to fall apart.i got back to them yet again.they promised to make me a full set that was in august .they make all the excuses.the can.to fob you off.but this is a new sofa.now they tell me its unlikely i will get these cushions this year..i have asked for a refund, but doubt ill get that.so i will take this as a loss.whats the point of a 5 year guarentee if you cannot fix anything.my sofa is 8 mnths old now.but all these faults happened after 6 weeks..
so if you bought or are about to buy from these people.please check the velcro under the cushions because it dont excist also check the piping round the edges, and look inside the covers for bodging glued together cushion.
they dont have a customers service, so impossible to contact.. i will update this review once they get back.
but if anybody wants to see photos of these faults message me or even come have a look.for yourself

they got back to me today saying they cant refund me.after 6 weeks the sofa fell to bits..
this company will never. get back to you.
you have to constantly email them.no other way.
im lucky because i live 5 mins away.but they still fob you off..so really be aware of all this..because when you need to get somthing fixed because ive been waiting 10 months so far..and my £1800 sofa looks like a wet rag.dont become another ignored customer like everybody on here..they are still trying to fob me off after 6 months they just got back by email..saying i was lying..i keep all the emails, so i was able to show i was telling the truth..so you buyers keep all these emails too. just might call you a liar too.

i sent them my covers for the 4th time to be repaired. over a month ago..not heard a word from them,so i emailed them,because theres no other way of contacting these.people...they told me they sent them to me..but had no proof of anyone signing for these back..then they got back to.say sorry they are still here.waiting,for the leather to arrive in..since august 2020....what a sham.
even up till now march 2021... they still ignore all the faults i had i have been sat on this sofa like this without covers and bodged up cushions since new the wont do anything about this..
