“Poor service and lack of courtesy ”

I bought two sofas n lot of cushions from sofology store in Horwich in Oct 2020.
My sofas were delivered in February 2021. The drivers informed me that two of my cushions were missing and that they will be delivered in a week.

When this did not happen, I contacted sofology by telephone. I was told that someone would get in touch with me in 48 hours.

This did not happen.

I sent an email via the sofology site and had no response after the immediate confirmation that you had received my email

I rang again after a few days and waited in the queue for 65 minutes. Your customer service had no idea what had happened to my cushions. Apology was given and I was told someone would get in touch with me- this time within 72 hours

This did not happen.

Experiencing a lot of frustration I waited for the store to open after the restrictions were eased and drove there.

The manager was seemingly very busy to hear me out but another sales person attempted to help me. He escalated the issue and told me someone would call me in 72 hours

I have waited a month now for this phone call.
My patience has run out with your poor service and lack of courtesy. They have started taking the monthly installments from my bank but have not delivered fully what i purchased. Are they allowed to do that???
