If you are looking to buy a new sofa, do yourself a favour and don’t buy from sofology. The service in store was great but that’s as far as your positive experience will go. First lot of furniture arrived and both of the sofas were damaged. We were told it would take 3 days to do a report on the damaged furniture and someone would contact us. After numerous phone calls and no damage report 3 days turned into 5 weeks. After the threat of cancelling the order we were finally offered replacement furniture. With giving the benefit of doubt we accepted the offer and was looking forward to receiving our new furniture last Thursday. First off the van was the chair (which was ironically the only piece that wasn’t damaged last time) and low and behold it was damaged. The delivery guys didn’t even bother getting the sofas of the van as I was not going down the road of getting someone round to look at the damage after reading all the shocking reviews so the order was rejected again.
We have decided to cancel the order and have now chosen new furniture from elsewhere.
The quality of the furniture is shocking and the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. They have taken your money and quite frankly don’t give a damn after that.
Avoid this company at all costs, save yourself the hassle and use someone else.
