5 months and still no delivery. No customer service
Awful company. I had 3 delays to the delivery, now almost 3 months after the sofas were supposed to be delivered I have moved house and they said they are due to be delivered shortly. I contacted them and sent the new address, they asked for a utility bill or a council tax bill. I sent a council tax bill. Scs then refused to change the delivery address without a photo ID. I don’t have that as I have just moved and my driving licence has been sent in to be updated.

If the delivery happened when it was supposed to I wouldn’t have this issue.

I asked for a supervisor to call 3 days ago and nobody has been in touch.

Overall it’s been a awful experience. If you are making an expensive purchase you expect a level of after care after the initial sale. Scs have no interest. God help anyone who has something go wrong. I can’t imagine you will get it resolved with this company.

5 months since ordering and still no delivery date.
