“It’s a waiting game”

Ordered and paid for goods in full in October with a first available delivery date of 5/2/21. That was fine. However on 29/01/21 a week before scheduled delivery get an email to say sorry they can’t make the delivery go to link to rearrange a delivery time I was assuming days but no first available date is 14 weeks later in MAY.

By the way if you go to the website currently you can order the same product with a delivery within 14 weeks.

Why are they advertising new customers can get the goods in same time frame as someone who has already been in the system 14 weeks ago and fully paid -getting no priority.

Rang customer service who basically said they can only rearrange delivery they cannot explain why the product is so late and so little notice given. Ie they would have known for considerable time that they couldn’t make my order.
Day of leave booked for delivery.
