Ordered item in May. 2022. Three weeks after it was due I requested a refund. No communication from the seller. 8 days following written confirmation that a refund had been given, I am still waiting to receive my money back.

Poor service and no customer communication. I had to chase delivery and ask for a refund!?

Apologirs for your experience . Unfortunately due to your order and payment having 2 different registered email address this caused a delay . The refund was immediately completed once this issue was resolved .

Thank you taking the time to respond. It is appreciated. Unfortunately there was a failure to communicate any issue with the refund. Just failed to provide one despite communication that it had been. Until it was escalated via PayPal.
I accept the refund was provided but only after an escalation. The process and communication around refunds needs to be improved.
I am however grateful this has now been resolved.
