We purchased the 13oz. Milan Pilsner Glasses as wedding gifts four our guests. First time 60 glasses were broken, second time 16 glasses broken, finally packed the last set right and nothing was broken. We put them away, now with the wedding three weeks away, we started washing them. As we were dying them, we noticed another decal on the glass. They used another companies glasses (I guess they over produced them and needed to cover the cost) the decal for this company was off but still imprinted in the glass, we can actually read what company it was, We called customer service and never received a call back or even an email. So now we have these glasses with our decal on the front and the another company on the back, to give to the guests. Note to self: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, they reuse products and costumer service is worthless.

Ordered imprinted pens, paint chipped off within 2 weeks. Called customer service and they made big promises, but were horrible at follow up (I had to continue to pursue them as they never would follow up) and instead of replacing the poor quality product, they would only offer a "discount" on future orders. Why would I consider placing another order with a company that doesn't stand behind their work? Don't waste your time, shop somewhere else...
