Lost My Delivery
I ordered a mattress topper which BILLMO.CO.UK implied was instock and manufactured in their UK factory.This was not true and they then said they had sent the item from China but it didn't ever arrive. They have refused to send a replacement and are only offering a 46% refund. Don't buy from this website
