Stay away from this company. I ordered a product at considerable cost. The item arrived completely damaged and Arredatutto are refusing to replace the item or issue a full refund. Despicable way to operate a business, screwing customers for their own gain!! Will never order from this company again!!!

We are sorry to hear that this issue has caused you a great deal of stress. We are not happy when our customers are not satisfied. We have really tried our best to find a suitable solution for you.
We were still working on your order when you wrote this review.
As you can see from the other dozens of good reviews we do always our best to make our customers happy. And it works!
In your case we tried to find the best way to solve your problem although you did not report the damage to the carrier and the product might have been damaged at any time after delivery.
